Self Service Support

IdentiPHI's 24x7 self-service support portal enables Customers and Partners to open new support cases, search our product Knowledge Base for help, and to check the status and review history of all your support cases. The customer support portal may be accessed by all Customers and Partners that have a current annual maintenance and support agreement.

Each Customer and Partner will have a unique logon ID and password to access the portal. If you have a maintenance and support agreement that has not expired, please contact customer service to request a self-service logon account. If your company does not have a maintenance and support agreement or it has expired, please contact customer service to purchase or renew your agreement. Upon renewal, a self-service logon account will be supplied to your company..
